Crazy

That is how I feel lately. Between working, cleaning, kids, and a few home improvement projects I have just had no time. And when I did have time and I felt like blogging my computer conviently took a dump. Argh! It took all I had not to slam the laptop out the window and walk away. But with my husbands handyness it is now working.... No jinxing here I hope.
I decided that I couldnt stand my living room any more and I had hubby hang curtains at 2 in the morning the other day. They are wine colored sheers and definitly make the room pop. I would post pictures but I dont have my memory card handy....

Last night we carved our big pumpkins that we got at our local pumpkin farm. It was a great time with all 4 kids digging in and getting dirty in the kitchen. I cant wait to post pictures.

Today, I took Ev to get his first haircut ever! I took him to Boozle Bs which was awesome! Talk about accomidating for your baby. What baby can be upset while sitting in an airplane, watching cartoons and all the other goodies they have. They only crying Ev did was when we were leaving. he wanted to stay and play!

Well I gotta run... Work is calling my name.

Something blue

I had originally turned on the laptop to blog about how I really needed to expand my eating and try new things....But I got a little sidetracked by some beautiful blue Manolo Blahniks. You know which ones I am talking about. The ones that ultimately bring Big and Carrie back together. (Sorry if you haven't watched the Sex and the City movie, I just ruined it for you.) I have been dreaming in Manolo Blahnik since the early SATC days... and yet I still don't have any. Dear husband, this is your cue. So instead of a boring list of veggies that I haven't ever tried (blah, blah, blah) I have put together my shoe wish list. A girl can dream, cant she?

Something Blue Satin Pump
Manolo Blahnik

Ankle Wrapped Sequined Sandal
Manolo Blahnik

Slingback Sandal
Emillo Pucci

My list could go on for eternity but I don't really have that much time. So go and shop for yourselves! You can find all these beauties at Bergdorf Goodman in the Shoe Salon. Or as I like to call it: Heaven.

On another note, I will be blogging about veggies. I have decided to open my horizons and try a new veggie every week. This should be quite interesting so stay tuned.

Presidential Smackdown!

I have to admit that I love watching the debates this term. It has really helped me decide who I may vote for come November. For the most part I vote Democratic. Ok, I always vote Democratic but this year instead of just going with my party I decided that I would actually make an informed decision on my own. So I had yet to decide until last nights debate. So here is who I am endorsing for office this term:

He remained on topic and poised even though his running mate took every chance at making snide remarks and refering to him as "that one". McCain needs to learn how to play nice with others. He wouldnt even shake Obama's hand at the end. Senator McCain, you need a refresher course in manners.
